Adopted by Board Resolution BR-2026-003, including its Annex A Member Benefits Schedule, on July 21, 2026. First-year membership may be included with qualifying academy or program enrollment, with dues remitted to the Federation on the member's behalf — membership itself is always individually claimed and accepted by the member.

The Federation is a governing body, not a store: commercial benefits are delivered through designated Official Partners under written agreements, and partner discounts are obligations of the partner. Benefits attach while membership is in good standing and end automatically on lapse. The coach registry listing recognizes registration and standing — it is not a teaching certification.
