Before You Pay

LSMAF enrolls no one silently. The form below asks for your legal name, email, date of birth, and acceptance of the Constitution & Code of Conduct before Stripe takes payment. When payment clears, the Federation register issues your sequential Member ID and emails your digital membership card. Members under eighteen are enrolled by a parent or guardian.

You will be taken to Stripe to pay. Stripe handles the card; the Federation handles the record.
